The RNA-Ligand pocket structural information is important for drug discovery targeting cancer or other diseases. Although some RNA-Ligand complex sequence, structure or drug databases have been developed, the databases cannot be directly used in the drug study. Therefore, a comprehensive database of RNA-Ligand pockets is urgently needed to be developed.

This database contains sequence and structure of RNA-Ligand complex, binding sites and pocket topology information(including volume, area, shape similarity score, effective radius, centroid, shape, rpd1, rpd2, and the secondary structural elements the pocket located). It is developed to help drug developers access pocket information easily and quickly for drug screening.
