1. RNA binding site prediction results (1fmn_A.pdb)
The prediction output of ZHmolReSTasite indicates whether each nucleotide site in RNA is a binding site for a small molecule. The red regions in the example represent the predicted binding sites. You can find the residue IDs of these sites in the table on the right. The prediction output of ZHmolReSTasite is a CSV file, containing nucleotide sequence number, nucleotide ID, and prediction results.You can download the output example below.
